Harman Stone’s online Forum is a community building mechanism where our client visitors can participate by posting questions, seek solutions, read ideas, see new products, and learn about new methods in employee benefits, risk management, commercial insurance and human resource best practices.
The Forum is essentially a Question & Answer (Q&A) platform, discussion board, and client support zone. This Forum will help users engage and participate on our website. When you participate, you will be more likely to come back, discuss additional products and services, and recommend them to your colleagues, friends and family.
Additionally, the Forum is one of the most common and effective ways to provide support to our clients. When our clients have a technical or general support question, they can go to the Forum and to see if the issue they are having has already been posted. If it is a new question or problem, you can post a question and get a answer or solution.
Of course, this Forum is offered as an option. It is in no way meant to discourage Harman Stone clients from simply calling us for the personal, one-to-one service we have always taken pride.
